6. A TRADITION OF EXCELLENCE

  • Metro-Health EMS is a division of Western-Star Hospital Authority based in Atlanta, Georgia operating in three other states.
  • From 1991, the creation of our company, we have been known for providing a high quality, cost effective service to the communities we serve. With a special care for low-income disadvantage families and small children's ambulance care. In 1996, our original company was sold to Medtrans Corporation now known as AMR. In 1999 Western-Star Hospital Authority was created to serve the public once again and to provide E-911 services to three different small disadvantaged and troubled counties in rural Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina.
